NFL Current & Retired Player Special Offer

FREE LENS Neurofeedback Mapping and Treatment

Discover how good you can feel again

In response to the many issues NFL retired players face as highlighted by the media and the new “Concussion” movie, SportsBrain is offering a limited number of FREE LENS neurofeedback diagnostic & treatment sessions to NEW patients of Robert Kauffman during the month of December, 2015. This free session will include a consultation, concussion symptom history, brain mapping and neurofeedback treatment to help alleviate lingering concussion symptoms such as migraines, insomnia, anxiety, depression, mood change, loss of concentration and focus, memory issues, etc. (Retail Value of $257.) For more information about LENS neurofeedback, click here.

SportsBrain's recent Retired NFL Players Study in Chicago found incredible results using LENS Neurofeedback treatments.  ALL former players we worked with experienced significant and lasting relief from chronic concussion symptoms - some severe.

This is a limited time offer, only one per new patient and cannot be combined with any other SportsBrain offer and will only be available while supplies last at our Northbrook, IL location at 666 Dundee Road, #1601 or downtown Chicago location at 445 East Ohio Street #300 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in one-hour slots from 6-9pm in the month of December, 2015: Dec. 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 29 (24 total appointments).

One-hour appointments are on Tuesday and Thursdays during December, 2015 (except holidays) from 6-9pm and will be at the Northbrook location unless otherwise requested (downtown Chicago) and approved by SportsBrain.

New patients may be asked to produce a government issued ID to verify identification and employment with the NFL. Appointments may be cancelled (or re-scheduled pending schedule availability) but we ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Offer ends December 31, 2015 or earlier. While we cannot promise immediate results, many people including other retired NFL players have experienced symptom relief in their first session. Best results come from multiple sessions, but this is not required and there is no obligation to sign up for additional sessions.

We applaud the media and the new movie, "Concussion", for highlighting the issues faced by athletes engaged in "collision" sports. However, our aim is not to disparage the NFL or any large sports organization. We at SportsBrain love sports (many of us are former athletes) and believe that they do so much good for athletes - they improve the brain by fostering decision-making skills, improving pattern recognition, field discrimination, analysis, synthesis, memory (yes, memory! Have you seen how complex some of the plays are in football?). They also improve social bonding and help teammates learn how to work as a unit - all vitally important life-long skills. While there isn't a piece of equipment that can prevent concussions, we can offer a holistic treatment that can HELP.

Offer good while supplies last. All decisions regarding this offer will be made by SportsBrain, LLC and all decisions are final.
