Service Description

In less than 20 minutes, get a complete baseline concussion test using the new Head Rehab test using Oculus Rift (r) virtual reality goggles - we measure balance, reaction time and spatial memory in a fun video game like environment. Ages 5+.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel; otherwise you will forfeit your payment. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes with socks to the baseline and post-injury concussion testing.
