This multi-dimensional test measures neuro-cognitive, balance, reaction time and vision tracking to provide multiple data points for your doctor to assess return to learn and return to play.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel; otherwise you will forfeit your payment. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes with socks to the baseline and post-injury concussion testing.
