Service Description
My child has had a concussion - now what? Please make sure their symptoms have subsided before scheduling a post-injury assessment. We will conduct the same test as the baseline to ensure comparative data can be used by your physician.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel; otherwise you will forfeit your payment. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes with socks to the baseline and post-injury concussion testing.
