Service Description

My child has had a concussion - now what? Please schedule a post-assessment with us once the concussion symptoms have resolved. The test will be the same as their baseline to provide you/your doctor with comparative information.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel; otherwise you will forfeit your payment. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes with socks to the baseline and post-injury concussion testing.
